Vessel Types We Crew
Bulk Carriers (Handysize to Panamax): Our most-requested vessel type. We are currently crewing for major Supramax operators across China and Asian trade routes. We maintain a ready, active complement of Bangladeshi officers with specific bulk carrier endorsements and extensive cargo-handling experience.
Aframax & Product Tankers: We provide highly certified tanker crews holding strict STCW V/1-1 and V/1-2 endorsements. Our personnel possess full MARPOL awareness, rigorous safety standards, and are currently active with leading Aframax tanker operators.
Container Vessels: We source ECDIS-proficient officers adept at managing strict schedules. Our streamlined documentation process ensures fast turnaround times for container trade routes to prevent costly delays.
General Cargo & Heavy-Lift: Supplying specialized deck officers trained for complex project cargo and heavy-lift operations. Our crew brings proven expertise in advanced lashing, weight distribution, and cargo securing protocols.
Dredgers & OSVs: Available upon request. While this is a niche sector, we maintain an active roster of specialized, experienced personnel ready for offshore deployment.
What Every Seafarer We Deploy Carries
Don’t just settle for “STCW certified.” We ensure comprehensive documentation and strict compliance before any candidate is presented. This is the standard baseline for every seafarer we deploy:
Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC): DoS Bangladesh issued.
Flag State Endorsements: Full compliance with major registries (Panama, Liberia, Marshall Islands, Bahamas, etc.).
STCW Basic Safety Training (BST): Up-to-date PSSR, Fire Prevention, EFA, and PST.
Medical Certificate: ENG1 equivalent, strictly verified to ensure it is not near expiry.
SIRB & CDC: Valid Seafarers’ Identity and Record Book and Continuous Discharge Certificate.
Travel Documentation: Seaman’s passport with 12+ months validity beyond the contract period.
Health Documentation: Yellow fever and voyage-specific vaccination records.
Specialized Endorsements: Tanker, ECDIS, and GMDSS certifications where applicable.
MLC 2006 Compliance: A fully compliant Seafarer Employment Agreement (SEA).
Our Crew Selection Process (7 Steps)
Our rigorous, documented process ensures that only the most qualified, compliant, and disciplined crew board your vessels.
Requirement Analysis & Sourcing Strategy (Day 1): Upon receiving crewing requirements from the principal, we immediately target our reserve ex-crew pool. If no suitable ex-crew is available, sourcing seamlessly pivots to our vetted new applicant pool.
Initial Screening & Appraisal Evaluation (Day 1–2): Candidates are evaluated heavily on sea service experience. For ex-crew, we cross-reference internal appraisals from previous owners and masters, ensuring high competence and discipline.
Strict Document Verification (Day 2–3): We collect CVs and verify all original certificates for authenticity. This includes checking the validity of National Licenses, STCW certificates, GMDSS, Medical certificates, and vessel-specific endorsements.
Interview & Compliance Check (Day 3–4): Our Manning Manager conducts formal interviews alongside necessary reference checks. We verify strict STCW and MLC compliance, confirm English proficiency, and strictly enforce the policy that no seafarer under 18 is employed.
Principal Approval (Day 4–5): Once fully vetted, the Manning Director officially proposes the shortlisted, highly suited candidate to the principal for final sign-off.
Pre-Employment Medical Examination (Day 5–7): Immediately upon principal approval, the candidate is sent for a stringent Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME) to guarantee they are entirely fit for duty.
Final Endorsement & Roster Update (Day 7+): Cleared crew members are finalized for deployment, and our internal company register of placed seafarers is updated in real-time to maintain flawless record-keeping.
