ShipCrew Agency is operated by Compass Shipping Service Ltd., founded in 2006 in Chittagong, Bangladesh. What began as a local crew management operation has grown into a globally recognized crewing and maritime services provider, trusted by ship owners across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Over the years we have expanded from basic crew supply into a full-service maritime agency offering ship manning, port operations, crew welfare, maritime consulting, and STCW-certified training coordination — all from our base in Chittagong, at the heart of Bangladesh’s shipping industry.
Today, ShipCrew Agency holds License No. MLA-108 (MLC 2006) and operates in full compliance with IMO, STCW, ISM Code, and Maritime Labour Convention standards.
